Punishment mentioned by you (not in IT Act) in Sec-43 and punishment for the acts, mentioned in S-43, defined in Sec-63 are not matching.
Sec-43 of IT act doesn't specify any punishment but Section 66 mention the punishment for the acts mentioned in Sec-43.
