Nothing beats Urban Decay De-slick for my oily skin in the Florida summers! In winter i can switch to UD All Nighter

Since I have oily skin I tend to use primer, then a light powder, then setting spray. Let dry then apply foundation. I’ll try some of these steps. Thank you 😊

I've never used a setting spray. I'm going to try the Charlotte Tilbury. Thanks, Lisa!

Fantastic video!!
My routine goes like this.
I put on my primer, and then I put on a setting powder, and then spray it with a setting spray and let it dry. Then I go ahead with my foundation, and do the rest of my makeup, and set it again with powder.
When I'm done, I spray my face with an oil base spray to help with any cakiness from the powder, and then when that's dry, I use a setting spray with alcohol in it to set it so it doesn't go anywhere.
I've had great success with this routine.❤❤

Thank you, Lisa for such a detailed and thorough explanation of the difference between the setting sprays. I can't wait to try the setting spray hack with my blush.😉💕

I was given a sample bottle of Clinique Moisture Surge spray months ago…while I know this is not a setting spray I have found that it works wonderful over my EL Double Wear which of course has its own lasting power..but the look it gives that foundation made me but a full size of that spray. I’ve tried it over my drugstore foundation and it has worked to set.

Love this. I do need my makeup to last in the summer. I'm 57 oily combination

I have combination skin and am still acne prone at 58. I like the Milani Original Make it Last. It's neither dewy or matte and the sprayer is nice. In the winter when I want to soften the dry spots, I apply it under my foundation. In the summer when my skin leans towards normal to oily, I apply it after. I love your sponge idea. I'm going to try that for less of an application. I love your channel! I always look forward to your videos.

Not a fan of a dewy face, nor full matte. Normal to dry skin. I am going to try the Morphe spray. Thanks Lisa!

My favorite to use is the ColorPop Pretty Fresh setting spray. It has the best mister, a lovely subtle scent and feels great. Not sure it makes my makeup last longer, but I use it anyway!

Love the Morphe! Helps putty and cream products hang tight on normal wear days. At the lake, I’m testing the Milani Stay all Day with SPF in it {dewy finish}, but so far great to set, then refresh spf and cool the face in the heat as the day goes on. Seems sweat proof on my face too so far. We’ll see how it performs as the humidity fires up.

Thank you SO MUCH for this tutorial. I’ve never used setting spray because I didn’t know how to do it. You’re the best!🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great explanations. I just ordered the Morphe for all over and the Nyx for use with my foundation. I'm also interested in trying the Elf Stay All Day, the blue light part was interesting to me.
