this was helpful, but i wish there was some discussion of if someone steals your copyrighted images and puts on a product, then you file a DMCA/ have them taken off a marketplace, but they counter, then what do you do? Etsy etc basically says they can put it back up there unless you get a court order. Im wondering what legit sellers who own copyrights should do in cases like this since some marketplaces let you put the designs back up after 10 days.
