I am planning to open an e-commerce homemade soap business soon with a unique product in both shape and ingredient/formula process. Because it is an innovative product, I think I may need a design/utility patent. I am currently trying to save up money. I would like to know approximately what the cost would be in order to afford this legal protection? Thanks!
