8. Battle Lab (Incorrect, I almost guessed it, it was Castelia Sewer)
9. Relic Castle (Incorrect, it's Lostlorn Forest. I literally went here within the past week, wtf...)
10. Route 5 (Incorrect, it's Gear Station)
11. N's Room from BW2 specifically (Correct, and giving myself a bonus point since I got the exact version correct as well)
12. Wi-Fi Room (Incorrect, it's Pokemon Transfer Lab)
13. Dragonspiral Tower (Incorrect, it's the Driftveil Drawbridge Theme)
14. Relic Castle (Correct)
15. Pokemon League Theme (Incorrect, it's the Entralink Theme)

13/15 I got Join avenue and Poketransfer lab mixed up and I forgot about the relic castle theme
