It's a great idea but 3 hearts of damage without armour? I feel that should definitely be cranked up. When you think how hard Vindicators can hit and a Savager is twice the size of one.

Idea: What if wild ravagers spawned? Not sure where or under what conditions, but they wouldn't have the traditional ravager armor, and they would be neutral instead of hostile. They wouldn't attack villagers or the player, and they wouldn't attack or be attacked by iron golems. The idea is that it's the same kind of beast in its natural habitat, without having been influenced by pillagers. So you could breed it, tame it, and keep it as a pet. You could even ride it and use the same charge attack!

If you manage to shoot the savager's ravager with 2-3 arrows when it's charging at you, you could actually stop the savager

Feels like it would make more sense for a charging Savager to break, ignore, or disable your shield like a Piglin Brute. Or like send you flying if you do block it. It's a pretty common fantasy trope, you see the big bullrush attack coming and you have to dodge it instead of taking it head on.

Idea: the giant pillager as its separate entity, that just uses its club, and drops the club as a weapon. Also, the charge disables your shield, so it's a bit harder to block its club
