Seeing you trying to "keep it together" all the way through this really brought tears to my eyes, El. I recently had a conversation with my older sister on the subject of "perfectionism" as a means of trying to keep control on our own worlds. Bottom line; in one way or another, ALL of us are suffering in our own ways, and so much of that ties back to stuff that was drilled into us as children. I relate to this greatly, so thanks for sharing your thoughts so transparently. Shed a cathertic tear or two everyone! 🙌🏼😢😂

Oh my gosh, you had me in tears. I was the child that just tried to make everyone happy and solve all the problems. My friend and I were talking about this this weekend, and she was the act out child. So, very relatable to see this posted today.
