I’m not a scientist but I might know why Uranus Imploded:

A planet Has A Speed that makes their Core Relate and not so much on Pressure. And if the Planet itself (If it’s a Rocky Planet, Gas Giant or Dwarf Planets) Goes Faster and Faster the Core has move too, which like I said “Not Much on Pressure” But it’s the exact opposite (Read underneath For a Longer Description from Here) which The Core can’t hold on and Implodes.

(For the ones who needs more info) The core can only use a temporary speed like for example: 450 Mph and if the planet goes for example 800 Mph then the core must push more speed witch means the more pressure he needs to stable himself and if he continues speeding up, it will go in 2 Directions: Either Speed too much and Get flinged out of the solar system or just get faster than anyone else. Then core can’t hold it and Becomes more into an Oval and the more it becomes an oval at once it’s just going to be a Line and thus, the core gets to much pressure which turns out like in this Video, It Implodes.

You do realize that fast rotations don’t destroy a celestial body. If Uranus rotated faster, it would just have a more elongated shape, just like the dwarf planet Haumea. And Haumea rotates ridiculously fast, but is still intact. Therefore, celestial bodies can’t be destroyed for rotating that fast.
