Pennsylvania is our favorite map as well. Also, we enjoy the Marklin/Germany map and Nordic Countries for those not mentioned here. We have not tried Rails and Sails or Africa. Great video!

You both have such great energy! I felt like I was over Ticket To Ride, but your enthusiasm has made me want to break out my copy immediately. Thanks.

Europe board is our favorite! Now I want to try Rails & Sails!

One of my Top 3 maps is Nordic Country because it's perfect and mean for 2 players. Besides that it's UK and Pennsylvania.

UK brings a cool new mechanic to the table which is nice for those who play the game often and are searching for something different than any other T2R game.
And as you said, Pennsylvania has a nice twist which is simple enough so you can even play it with new players.

Love this! Ticket to Ride (along with Dominion) was our gateway into board gaming for our family as well...has been a while but after watching your video I think we're going to have to dust off the TTR boards! If I recall, we really enjoyed Europe - I think it added depots and a couple other dimensions. Great video and channel - you got another subscriber :)

Very cool! We've been wondering which map sets to get next, and this will help a LOT.

This is great, most of the time I play TTR on my ipad, but the physical version is so pretty on the table too! Great map choices. For physical train games, my wife and I usually play Whistle Stop now.

That you like Rails and Sails makes my heart happy. My personal favorite is Great Lakes but either way it’s great to see this on a list because Rails and Sails is awesome!

Glad to see Rails & Sails getting some love! We really like that version (except the price). I've never understood why many reviewers don't like it. We think the best map for two players is Switzerland, but our favorite map for 4 players is Pennsylvania.

I love your videos. So relatable. TTR is a favorite of our family. Love your picks. One of our favorites is India. We love to try and get those bonus loop points, and sometimes there is some sabotage. Can’t wait to try Japan.

Love watching your lists, and always learning something new! I had never even heard of Japan or Pennsylvania, and have never played Africa. One of our favorites is Asia with the team play element.

Rails and sails and japan are probably my top 2. I also enjoy india and team Asia and wild west. We have a ticket to ride fanatic in our group. So, I think our group has played almost every map. Rails and sails and japan just bring very unique aspects to the game and they are just so much fun. I like the uniqueness of some of the tickets in rails and sails where if you have cities connected in a certain order you get a bonus. Last time I played rails and sails, I was able to pick up tickets after tickets and either use one turn to complete them or already have them completed. Now, I didn't focus or try my hardest to build my ports which probably cost me first place but I still got second and I think I may have only been 10-20 points behind which isn't bad.

Thanks for the list. My favourite remains Europe. I love the train station mechanism to mitigate some route hogging frustration while forcing a trade off (points loss). But, apart from that, it remains simple and easy to teach TTR. I hadn't seen the Africa map, but it looks like a really interesting challenging take on the game. I'll have to look into it. Same with Japan. Those bullet trains look neat!

Great video, keep it up! As for us our favorite map is Switzerland because it's usually just the wife and me playing and it's a great 2 player map. Pennsylvania is top on my list for the next map pack I need.

Pennsylvania is where a lot of those rail companies all operate through

Only played the base game and enjoy it as a family game... I played Rail Baron and Empire Builder years ago and now the 18xx series are fantastic.
The PA map would be an interesting play
