The fact that he is able to visualize it down to such meticulous detailing, before setting off to work is mind boggling in itself. And his creations are so realistic in colour, texture and other parameters that if no one told an on looker that the entire thing is fashioned out of various types of chocolate and mousse, a person could never have guessed. Incredible !
