As an avid Knitter and Crochet enthusiast, I love this! I’m going to use this technique (with 2 giant crochet Hooks instead of my fingers😂) to braid the excess length of pull cord on my Bamboo window shades.

I do this with a lucet knitting tool, it’s really pretty in leather cord, as well.

Pretty cool! You can make a braid that comes out identical with 6 strands. It’s a lot easier to get it to come out tight.

Love this, it’s kinda similar to loom band weaving when they first got popular. I tried this with cord before couldn’t ever get it as neat as you could though, it always ended up in a balled mess but I was using a slightly different method.
