I love it!! What I love most is how grounded and contained is. My only fear is the execution.

It always felt like Reed was, if I could put it in TMNT terms, a Donatello thrust in the Leonardo role. He's much better suited to being the guy who schemes and concocts, he's not really comfortable leading the way, which is why he often took a back seat to Tony when it came to making decisions with the Illuminati. It looks like they're kinda making Sue take on the leadership mantle a bit more for this movie, going by the trailers we've seen so far.
