This episode is special to me as I myself have dealt with autoimmune hypothyroid for the past 15 years or more. Sometimes whatever workout you do, whatever healthy food you eat does not seem to matter when it comes to suffering from hypothyroid. Hopefully this video will help you work on better activation of your thyroid gland and help you deal with all the symptoms of having a thyroid issue better!

Thanks so much for the video. I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years back and have been on medication since. Over the past one year, I have been consciously trying to take care of myself by adopting a healthier lifestyle: have been trying to eat clean and also be more active. I have started learning yoga and really enjoy it; have been incorporating elements from your videos into my practice. I have a diet related query: you said you avoid dairy (which I realise is suggested by many nutritionists) but at the same time it is said that dairy products contain iodine which is needed for improving thyroid function. Could you throw more light on this, would be of help.
