Hi Chad, I was suffering from crippling back pain. The doctors couldn't tell me anything. They just prescribed pain medication and muscle relaxers. I started my own research into foods that cause inflammation. I had to eliminate sugar and foods with more than 10g of sugar in them. I feel like a whole new person!

Hi, Gabe, sorry you going through health issues Chad. My back was hurting to alot, to. Got a ct scan n had a large kidney stone. Had surgery removed it, now I feel better. Make sure you're drinking lots of water as well. Praying for you Chad.

Hey Chad, I know dealing with the hospital and the so-called professionals can be stressing. I know, I have to work with them on a daily basis. But what I also know is that there are some ppl that are better then others and to find them (meaning good surgeons), start talking to the nurses and ask them which one would they have as a surgeon in your field of course. When two or three nurses agree with the same doc, that’s your surgeon. It’s always a good thing to have a nurse or a surgical tech. that works in surgery that can give you the 411. I wish you and your family well, and a healthy and happier new year.😊

Chad my family and I are praying that heal soon. This may be a problem that can be solved with a change in your nutrition. Consider a full fast from food or going plant based for a season. Eliminate all dairy it’s inflammatory! The other thing to think about doing is getting an enema. It’s an old school practice but still effective. You would surprised at how cleaning out your system will resolve the issue and restore your health. Merry Christmas y’all ❤
