Early gastric cancer as in Japan when T1(a) can be treated by local excision ( EMR or other techniques).
I think FLOT with the addition of Docitaxil is currently the standard of care in patients with good performance status. Considering the toxicity of triplet FLOT in Asian patients, SOX ( doublet) is found to be as effective and less toxic.
