I've never eaten such delicious eggs with 1 bowl of rice! An easy TUNA EGG RICE Recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 1/2 onion
Medium heat
Pour olive oil into the pan
Melt 1tbsp unsalted butter in the pan
Add the onion to the pan
Add 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for 2 minutes
Strain 1 can of tuna
Add 220g of cooked rice
Stir fry for 3-5 minutes
Chop 1/4 red pepper
Add to the pan
Add salt and black pepper
Crack 5 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and black pepper
Whisk well
Chop 1 green onion
Add to the bowl
Medium heat
Pour olive oil into the pan
Pour half the egg mixture into the pan
Fry for 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Pour more olive oil into the pan
Pour the other half of the egg mixture into the pan
Shred 80g mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle cheese on top
Add the rice on top
Sprinkle more cheese on top
Add the other egg pancake on top
Done!
