ATTO Folding Mobility Scooter UK by Moving Life in the Boot of a Mini

The ATTO folding mobility scooter as demonstrated using the boot of a Mini One by Steve Gallin

The ATTO is a premium compact mobility scooter, excellent for transporting in the car and flying with when going on holiday (always confirm with airline), the ATTO Freedom Scooter is easy to fold down and store, as a one piece or in two pieces.

In the short film, the following is demonstrated:

Part one. Steve wheels out the ATTO and puts the ATTO in the boot of the Mini in one piece

Part two. Steve takes out the ATTO, assembles it by folding it out, and drives back into the Showroom.

Part three. Steve scoots out of the Showroom, folds the ATTO scooter up and then separates into two more manageable, lighter parts, still fitting perfectly into the Mini.

I bought one ( $3000 USD). It is very nice and has good speed. Battery lasts up to 10 hours. However, it is extremely heavy ( approximately 70-75 pounds ) and does not come with a headlamp like often seen on other scooters. I did some tests on the grass and other rocky grounds and it performed very well. My little nieces ( 5 and 9 ) like to hop on it, and it never struggles to perform.

I would recommend this scooter to someone who has issues with walking but for safety reasons I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who is severely disabled as this scooter does not securely hold or fit its owner.

I am curious, what power this scooter? Does it need charging?

Great coñcept of folding scooter. But the seating posture is not so gòod especially for disable and also for long run. The wheel is also kind of small, can it over run any obstacle or its only made for indoor use?

Great speed and material but real’y not light! Unlike other companies who even promote the scizor lift, this one is misleading with its super light component. If its for your parents or someone with any form of weakness, its not a perfect solution to their independence at all. Im young with chronic issues and I wld really need assistance. I dont appreciate the misleading nature of their ads compared to other companies, ppl shld know. But it works great.
