I’ve spent the last week trying to make sense of NPM and APIs so that I could put it all together to make a website from a $3k course my company paid for. You did it all in less than an hour and with such calmness and grace. Hearing your thought process throughout errors really helped me understand it! I hope you keep up the tutorials because these have been so helpful in learning the thought processes behind how to approach errors. Thank you!!

Her videos are realistic... I like that about her... I don't like perfect tutorials

Went through html, css, js, and just finished going through react and finishing a big project. Coming back around to the basics to sharpen my design skills and I have to say you are the best 'instructor' so far. We're all blessed to be given access to this kind of content! I don't see anyone else offering the amount of transparency regarding the thought process and authenticity like you do, the others are just too perfect. Just signed up to receive updates about your course (which I never do)!!! Thank you.

the best thing about your video is that it looks and feels genuine because it is genuine. I had stopped coding for 2 months because I was feeling really demotivated. But after watching this video I think I am going to start again.

There re so many things I love in your video: the calm vibe, your voice, clear explanation and even dinosaurs.

I don’t know why the YouTube algorithms only now decided to show me this video/channel as I’ve been watching these sorts of videos for years and have never spotted you before, but I’m so pleased you showed up in my recommended!

This is one of the best Node.js tutorials I’ve ever watched (and I’ve followed some great courses) and I really like your approach/demeanour.

I’ve subbed and hit the notification bell, can’t wait to go through your backlog and watch more.

Every time when I see her thumbnail, "Why are you running!?"

Watching her code kills my stress. The way she set up the project is like an ASMR session of coding.

Thank you, it really is super useful to see the process you go through and putting all the theoretical bits together as you go.

The process u shown is what I had been doing in a period of 18 weeks. The semester was kind of hard we had to do this with Spring boot, Reactjs, Cypress and Docker but yeah this is the same process when it comes to researching which is crucial skill you need. Obviously, you had 1 feature that is to generate a dino name and an image the reason it took you about an hour. I had to develop about 36 features for a complete platform.

As a developer or software engineer you will have to build something with new tech at some point and you need to acquire this researching skill.

" I don't completley understand again" Honestly it feels so good to hear. Every Youtube tutorials i see they always seems to master everything they do and i feel like i can't be a real developer until i understand every single thing.

I use an extension for VS code called "Error lens". It highlights all the errors while you are writing some code, so, you won't miss small errors like "fetch is not defined".
(P.S.- Love your videos and they are really helpful 😁)

The way I learn really is hands on, but I also have to know the why. Watching your "research videos" really helps me get to the why a whole lot quicker. I really, really enjoy these types of videos.
