I think replacing the winmore Eldrazi and SSGs with actual cards and replacing Zealous with Deceiver Exarchs could actually make this into a thing. Even without fast mana you can kill on turn 2, so I'd rather play bolts vs random hatebears, more cantrips or cheap permission like Spell Pierce, Pact of Negation if you want the full yolo combo experience.

This deck seems very heavy red, which explains the absence of Tolaria West - it doesn't help cast Electrodominance, and the 1UU Transmute cost might be difficult to achieve.

The sideboard seems like it needs a lot of tuning - Spell Snare is a weird sideboard card, Lightning Axe is OK but probably shouldn't be a 4-of and Pithing Needle is a strange inclusion for a combo deck. On the other hand, Rest in Peace and Leyline of the Void seem hard to beat, so I'd want 2 more Echoing Truth to deal with them. Funnily enough, I also wouldn't mind seeing Leyline of the Void in this deck's sideboard, since graveyard decks are so prominent right now and we have ways of discarding them if they show up after turn 0.

I think you might want more than 2 copies of "Echoing Truth" in the side for GY hate. It's a fine card (bouncing an attacker) at it's worst, and at it's best you can bounce a leyline T1 and then go off.

seems like wheel of fate may be bad cuz your opponents may discard creatures which can be brought back by your living end.
i play mono blue living end at the moment but i love the idea of blue red reanimator.

I think a deck like this should be mashed with hollow one to beat grave hate. Most of the tools are already there. Honestly, it might be fine just to shove electrodominance and living end in a normal build of hollow one.
