Making a KFC bowl, but vegan!

Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes, we used ore-ida! We added vegan butter, non dairy milk and salt. Then mashed until creamy
Cooked Corn
Vegan Popcorn Chicken, we used Beyond Meat
Gravy, recipe below
Shredded vegan cheese

To Plate
Add your mashed potatoes
Top with corn, crispy vegan popcorn chicken
Then drizzle with gravy and top with shredded cheese

Easy Quick Gravy
Melt 2 tbsps vegan butter in a pot
Whisk in 2 tbsps of flour and 1 tsps garlic powder
Slowly add in roughly 1-2 cups of vegan beef broth until desired consistency
Season with salt and pepper
