Should the new law, a winner takes all be referendum to all voters in Nebraska before general election since the general election is already taken places across the United States and the voting ballots were already sent out? A sudden change is kind of violation to due process and procedure of all voters in Nebraska because Nebraska legislatures and it's governor cannot suddenly make any change to a decade law of split electoral vote during the general election. Any change should be referendum openly to all voters in the state of Nebraska to vote and only apply a new law to the next general election.

In 1992 this was pushed through the unicameral by a Democratic Governor to split our electoral vote. Should of never happened and needs to be fixed. When we vote for our Senators we don't split our vote and part of the state isn't represented by our senators. States should vote and the majority of these votes should go to one person. Nebraska overwhelmingly votes we give an electoral vote to a Democrat. Why doesn't California give 10 electoral votes to the Republicans out there 54 electoral
