I know the show is called Ted Lasso but as you said, many characters arc could be continued and if he takes a slight backseat I wouldn’t be mad, tons of great characters to focus on

I think the great success of the series is the chemistry of the cast. Although I really liked Ted Lasso, I understand that it had a satisfying ending. It would be much more interesting if this successful team together for a new project. With the same producers and part of the cast that worked. We are in need of these series that warm the heart and this team has proven that it is capable of delivering this in the right way.

Honestly, I was kinda hoping that we would get a spin off 15 years later about the women's Richmond team, and their star player Phoebe Kent. Rebecca and her goddaughter Nora (now filling Leslie's job) are dismayed by the low attendance to the female games, so as a publicity stunt, they hire back local legend Ted Lasso (and his assistant coach and son Henry). Also, Henry and Phoebe end up falling in love, or something.

With this method, it would be easy to include appearances from the old cast, while keeping things fresh.

Plus, we could see what happened to the footballers after their careers. Sam owns a wildly successful restaurant chain. Isaac's a barber. Jamie's a politician, or something weird, Keeley is his compain manager, and Roy, still Richmond's coach, is super opposed to his platform, but they figure it out because they're best buds.
