2oz (60ml) Gin
.5oz (15ml) Lime Juice
.5oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
7 Dashes Orange Bitters
7 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
14 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Don Lee was my instructor when I trained in the BarSmarts program. On my final practical exam he told me to be more relaxed and less precise and scientific. Drinks like this always leave me wanting to know if the complexity/ingredient list is actually necessary. 10 dashes wasn't enough and 15 made it just undrinkable.

I love bitters but that seems a bit excessive. Especially the Peychaud’s bitters, it can be such a huge flavor.

This drink is unbalanced for me and too thin, it’s a cool idea, but could stand from more simple or a richer syrup, and perhaps less gin because this ends up being a little over 2.5 ounces of full strength booze.
