Another valuable tool that may be incorporated into Synapse or added to Spark is analyzing the year-over-year market change based on a group of sales you select. The 1004 MC does this, but it does not offer a picture of the market change past the year analyzed in the 1004MC. It could be set up similar to the three data set importing options only in this section; you would put the comparable area sales for the past year, then the past two years, and the third section for the past three years. The software will then give you the year-over-year increase or decrease in the market, which will be helpful when making market/time adjustments. Really wish Bright MLS offered this option, but unfortunately, they do not.
