My grandma's Indian ringneck is exactly like that lol. He tries to make friends with everything that breathes. So he tried to do that with a stray cat that entered grandma's house one. It tried to break his cage. Fortunately, they could scare the cat away soon. But the bird wasn't afraid. He, on the other hand, registered meowing in his inventory
