Crystal- love your shirt. The smaller the pieces of all of compost the quicker it breaks down.

We just started compost for our garden. I watched a lot videos but yours was the best. It was well organized, very informative and delivered perfectly.

Crystal, you were wonderful to explain everything so well and with so many examples!! That was so helpful! So glad Rob put this up for us. I listen to many “easy composting” videos - for confirmation that I’m on the right track, and hoping to get new ideas, which I did with yours, like with the trash can one .. all of it was very inspiring! 💕🤸‍♀️

Awesome info. Thank you! I haven't started composing YET, I'm starting with the trench method and red wigglers in the raised beds. Happy gardening.

I have a large compost bin my son made me out of pallets...it's about half filled but I honestly don't know what to do with it ... watermelon rinds, ears of corn, coffee grounds, egg shells, etc...I guess I wait for it to break down and then put it on my garden beds? I have a YouTube channel on homesteading but still learning.

Great video! People love to do farming for different reasons; to some, it is a job, and to others, it’s a relaxing hobby. We actually sell properties that can be used as farms. This info is helpful!

Last winter I had a huge rat tunnel into my trenched compost that I had buried in my 10” high raised bed.
