Beryl forecast track continues toward the Texas Coast

Saturday morning sees little shift to the east in the forecast track of Tropical Storm Beryl. Meteorologist Faith Colbert explains the impacts for the Texas Coast.

NOAA will label it category 1 whether it is or not. Actual surface winds as measured by buoys will not show hurricane force winds at the surface.
