He's saying he made whistle-blowing legal, but that what Snowden did was somehow different. I don't know what his version of "whistle-blowing" is, but I'm not sure it fully involves telling us the truth. Cause he's evidently pissed at Snowden for doing it. And, he's saying there should be a fair and rational debate about the law, but how can a debate be fair, if all of the facts are not available. Knowledge is power, and big brother's mad because Snowden empowered us a little.
