We LOVE Resi! Recently upgraded to the server-grade encoder for a little better stability. But the Ray came in CLUTCH for us in 2020! ❤

Is it better to send the audio to the switcher and then to the resi or send the mix directly to the resi inputs?

Jake, you mentioned more than once that the encoder helps with "high quality audio" - is that a fact? Is a Resi box a no-brainer to get more/better audio over encoding via OBS on a PC?

Nice. I have a question about the black magic. I noticed in this video your output was in the red on your black magic. From week to week, I am having issues on my livestream output sound. Sometimes the volume is low or loud on my livestream. Is there any way you can make a video on where you should have your output gain properly set for consistent volume level before it starts to clip.

Would have been better if they were able to utilize NDI as a source input. All the conversion to get HDMI into it as points of failure.

I’m having a hard time, understanding how this little tiny box can outperform a solid computer with encoding software like wire cast with its ability to stream to multiple destinations at multiple encoding protocols built in title machine and myriad of phenomenal features. I feel like this box may not have the reliability factor as compared to a computer.
