Caitlin Clark scored 27 points in Iowa's first-round win over Holy Cross. In a recent interview, Clark said more fans are "looking forward to women's basketball" than men's. Colin Cowherd breaks down the Clark effect and how it has shaped college basketball today. Meanwhile, Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott shuts down critics, saying that it is "narrow-minded" to think the team has not accomplished anything. However, Colin thinks otherwise, explaining why McDermott deserves the blame for the Bills coming up short each year.

Kansas city won the Superbowl in large part due to their coaching staff. Buffalo, Baltimore and San Francisco were all out coached by Kansas city.
In McDermott's defense, Buffalo had multiple defensive starters out with injuries.

No one in the AFC is scared of Deshaun Watson

A ridiculous take on the Bill's. Colin fails to acknowledge the Bill's defense was decimated with injuries by the end of the season, even had Klein come out of retirement in a week's notice for the playoffs. The offense had to resort to ball control running game due a defense with half the starters out and not being able to stop KC, and it almost worked. It was great the Bill's even won the division, but a team is not going far that has that many starts out (the great KC vs Tampa in the Super Bowl is another example). Now the discussion to be had is why was the defense was injured so much, part was the field in London not suitable for a NFL game, admittedly by the NFL, where we lost Milono and DaQuan Jones, but the other was an offense not blowing out teams they should keeping stress on the defense almost every game in the regular season. I think Dorsey did not get this offense going to its potential or secure a true #2 receiver to help the offense. But to the point of the playoffs, no other playoff team was riddled with injuries like Buffalo and not sure why that hasn't been mentioned as a root cause for coming up short the last two seasons. Sure every team is hurting and has some injured starters at the end of the season, but having 7 out of 11 starters out on defense the last two seasons is too much.

Not sure what this guy thinks happened. They go into a playoff game playing a LB that was just on a family vacation. They lost to the Super Bowl winning team and missed a FG at end to take lead. I get it the national guy just have to much to cover to know the details. Bills finish second in the afc and lost to Super Bowl/dynasty team, and it a coach issue. Come on, do better.

But the Bills had a lot of injuries especially on defense so it is a but narrow minded

Colin, I don’t know where you get your stats from. Lamar Jackson (75.3%) has a higher winning percentage than Josh Allen (67.7%) and no Super Bowl appearances. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Colin didnt know any female players before this year. Get out of here with this narrative. You dont care about womens college basketball other than it is a story you can push on your show.

I want the Bills to win and I’m a huge Josh Allen fan, but yes Colin, your view on last year is absolutely narrow minded and full of revisionist history.

The Bills were a missed kick away from overtime (which I think they would’ve won, but regardless) with a defense full of guys who came off the street.
Literally a skeleton crew of retired guys and practice squad guys. The Bills had everything going for them? Let’s reverse things and have a nearly fully healthy Bills team on the road at a Chiefs team without Jones, Sneed, McDuffie (in addition to their other injuries)

Stop this nonsense.

The fact you left out Paige Bueckers from UCONN is wild, she was ranked #1 in her class ahead of Caitlin Clark when they entered college!

We gonna act like the bills had a defense in the playoffs? They literally had 2 linebackers

Not sure any other 2 seed has "issues".
I know they lost to the Chiefs again....but to say they have "issues' as another successful season is nonsense.
