One doesn't need to "know" someone personally to form an opinion of them when they constantly act out in public. Angelina Jolie promotes herself and exploits her children in public in ways that common sense exposes as dysfunctional. Look at that child in the photos. No child should be subjected to this. Actors always complain about the unwanted and overwhelming harrassment they receive in public. Jolie is world famous; of course she knows she will be bombarded in public...and yet she chooses to subject her children to this. Even if the child asked to go shopping, Jolie shouldn't have asserted her parental authority and made a different arrangement. These behaviors are common in pathological disorders. She fits the bill.
