Closing the Gap

Today is Close the Gap Day. As a way of acknowledging this day some of our Executive Team were privileged to share a morning tea with Goolburri Health Advancement Co. Our team were encouraged by the breadth of programmes addressing the social determinants of health – from our young ones to our elders. We know we have much more work to do but believe that it is only through real partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander led programmes such as those run by Goolburri that we can one day celebrate a time when health equity is achieved.
