Just remember folks, that this is the easy part of our schedule. Buckle up for the second half.

Another stellar start, 3 first half points, less than 100 yards of offense.

I’ve never been so disgusted by a team not being prepared to play a football game. First off, the Dallas Cowboys were missing their top pass rushers, secondary, and O-line. Yet, Mike Tomlin’s game plan was to throw 9 times and run 18 times in the first half. On defense, we couldn’t get off the field on 3rd downs because we refused to blitz. What are we doing here? These guys are getting paid millions and still can’t come up with a proper game plan. It’s the same thing every year—this lack of preparation and conservative game plan just isn’t working.

It was a 4th down play. The game was right there.

I will never understand how those refs don't see the amount of holding on TJ Watt that happens

We only attacked the middle of the field on one drive. Scored a touchdown and then stopped doing it. I have to believe that is Tomlin's decision.

I’ve defended Mike Tomlin year after year…we had a chance to change the mindset..we could have had kliff kingsbury and we took Matt Canada 2.0..”Run the ball stop the run” it’s not 2006…Justin fields isn’t the problem. The problem is the conservative play. We start slow because we start conservative we start the 2nd half aggressive because we are losing just like last week and the offense starts to play better but once again it’s too late. There’s no excuse. “Reloading” isn’t working it’s time to “rebuild” starting with the head coach and this whack ass scared mindset to only be aggressive when losing

How bout helping our defense out for once. They can't do it all hell got 3 turnovers and still lost to backups. Tomlin got outcoached!!!

Dallas is supposed to have a bad defense this year and they had backups in there. We definitely took the Ben and AB days for granted. Won’t win super bowls if you can’t score more than 20 points a game in the modern NFL.

Set back and watch the ravens overtake our asses, then the Bengals. Pittsburgh will never see another super bowl with Tomlin, take that to the bank. Losing has become the standard in steel town😢

It might be Time to really accept that the modern game of football has passed Mike Tomlin bye. He doesn't realize you can't win with just defense anymore, because the rules have changed to favor the offense. Coach Tomlin can not continue to overpay defensive players who are always injured and not able to finish a season and even more not allowed to be physical intimidators in the NFL anymore due to the rule changes. When the NFL changed rules on the original steel curtain back in the 1970's when you were not allowed to touch a receiver after 5 yards, aka the Mel Blount rule. Coach Chuck Knoll adjusted and made the Steelers offense the focal point of the team in the late 70's the Steelers had the best offensive units in the game and that's why they continued to win. Coach Tomlin is still stuck in the past, he believes in defense but has not realized the NFL has changed rules which won't allow you to win a championship with defense anymore.
Coach Tomlin and the Steelers have to start getting explosive offensive players and spend money on the offense. But as of today coach Tomlin the modern game of the NFL has passed you bye. You are no longer relevant in championship moments

What was up with that 3rd down run call on th first drive instead of passing to get passed the stx and a possible TD but went for 3pts?
