Honestly for the “eat healthier” I have some tips!

1) if you don’t like the ‘taste’ of water then crush up (and freeze if summer) fruit and add it to your water

2) make fruit smoothies and freeze them to make healthy popsicles

3) drink lemon water after waking up

4) non fat Greek yogurt and honey for a snack or a light breakfast

5) fruit!

6) cucumber and lemon blended with water makes a good detox juice

Idk I like these things and they’ve made a big difference for eating healthy for me (I still eat junk food and stuff tho and I’m healthy!) mind you, I’m a very picky eater!
