Evening walk around NYC on the Upper East Side was recorded on Friday, October 2, 2020 around 6pm. This walk starts on Lexington Avenue and ends on East End Avenue via 86th Street. Upper East Side of New York City is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. It is a very family friendly neighborhood with something interesting for everyone. NYC's Upper East Side has an affluent thriving community and has one of the most expensive apartments in the US. Similar to many neighborhoods in the New York City, Upper East Side is slowly reviving towards normalcy.

I used to live near 86 street. It was my favorite block until I discovered St. Marks.

So I lived at 345 east 86th for over 27 years. I moved away in late July 2000....only been back a few times...it’s almost unrecognizable in this video.
I need to give kudos for the well focused camera...but anyone from NYC will tell you nobody walks staring straight ahead...nobody...I was hoping you’d slow n peek into the stores or in mid block pause and show the other side of the street...but no you maintained a very slow pace as the camera stared straight ahead...
The only quick view of my building was when you were waiting to cross at second ave....point you did rotate the camera side to side a bit at 3rd ave 2nd ave 1st ave intersections
It was nice to be able to see some of the old neighborhood....so is Papaya King still on 86th n 3rd???

Kinda feel as if I've been out before I've been out.... If you get what I mean 😂 👍

What’s with all the scaffolding? I’ve been to NYC a few times and never remember being this much scaffolding everywhere along buildings.
