Can you Create a New Self ?

Today it seems that nearly everyone believes that the way we think has an effect on our life, and that our thinking creates our reality. Yet, how many of us put this belief into action?

If we really knew the power we had to create our own reality, we would start each day consciously creating it.

Dr Joe Dispenza, well known teacher and author, says that you are not doomed by your genes and hardwired to be a certain way for the rest of your life. All human beings can create the reality they choose.

Neuroscience says your brain is organised to reflect everything you know in your life and is a record of your environment. So we think everything equal to what we know and keep creating more of the same. To truly change we need to think greater than our environment.

Here he gives some useful tips on how to unravel who you think you are and create something vibrantly new.

This is a fantastic talk! I’m so eager to check out the new book. I’m fascinated by the brain and it’s connection with the laws of quantum mechanics. It’s interesting how you, Joe, talk about and define addiction. I wonder if you have any thoughts on technology and it’s effect on our brain. Specifically, phone/screen time/video game addiction and how the brain is interacting with tech, especially children in the 0-5 yrs. group who are forming their initial neural pathways. As an elementary school teacher of 23 years, I have watched the seeming steady increase in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder and a host of other diagnoses that don’t quite seem to “fit” the issues so many kids seem to have focusing in class and coping with their feelings in the classroom these days. My colleagues and I are struggling to make sense of this trend and seeking strategies that will work to help all our students be successful in class. Thoughts? I’d absolutely LOVE to dialogue with you about this.

All's I know is that empowering people and teaching them to heal their bodies and their minds infringes on the medical community money making machine that's when it becomes dangerous. Can you imagine in the United States of America if just half the people that are in the big Pharma and the typical American Medical Care System all went to your Workshop your one week Advanced workshop and every one of them cured themselves. It would be fantastic. I'm hoping I can go to your Workshop either in Portland OR Costa Rica in December I need to manifest the money 😁
