Hades kidnapped Prosephene and tricked here into staying in the the underworld forever until her mother killed everyone, and had to make a compromise, but I'm sure there was one or two gods or mortals may have kidnapped their wives one time or another, and deceit is nothing new is he really all that bad? To be fair, Zeus married his sister. Zeus had a baby with Demeter. Poseidon had a ... kid (?)... with Demeter.
