Friends of our had a French bulldog, I think he was rotten inside, the smell that dog would produce would drop a skunk. They gave him plain yoghurt which helped

Beautiful boy! Clean his nose& wrinkle regularly as the crustiness and debris in there may cause infection and soreness.
