It is good project but the cost i think can buy a good one from makita or matek which more professional and precision and compatible with more tool from same branch, but anyway can do 1 like that is great skill and passion to make your own things. Vote for you

Делал себе самодельный сверлильный станок лет 25 назад. Опыт показал, что станки должны быть сделаны из чугуна. Сталь не подходит для некоторых деталей. Как говорится, железо всегда гнется, при чем, не важно какой оно толщины. Так и на видео видно, что от сверла на 10 стол прогибается.
