Food for Change

Our plate is our most powerful weapon in fighting global warming and in protecting our planet.

Today, our diets play a major role in the threats weighing on our planet. But, there is hope. Investigative journalist Benoît Bringer sets off on a global search for women and men who are inventing a new dietary model — one which respects both humankind and nature.

listening to that older woman say "its a little more expensive" irked me. She is probably living off a nice pension while the younger generations are barely scraping by due to the out of control inflation on rent and food prices. Cheap industrialized food is keeping people alive and while it's not ideal, it's all they have.

Organic this organic that, sure it's great, but I will not support these corporations that charge $5 for a single "locally sourced" potato.

If these governments want to see a real change in the food we are eating these greedy corporations have to stop charging an arm and a leg for organic food.

Que l'on pourrait transformer, en biogaz, les déchets dans les cantines, peut importe les réseaux alimentaires, fastfood, restaurant, ont retrouve aujourd'hui et avant des déchets en décharge, sais la biomasse, ont peut produire du biogaz partout, dans le tiers monde se n'ai pas le cas, Quoi que sa commence à germer dans les consciences.
