Darlene and Richard came to IVF-Spain asking for help.

In this video, they tell us a little bit about their story, about their vision of having a family or not and about their fertility journey.

After previous relationships, when they finally found each other, the success rate for a natural pregnancy was already too low, remaining an IVF treatment the only possible solution to become parents. Fertility treatments were not working at home so they decided to look for the best clinics abroad. After an extensive research, they finally found and chose IVF-Spain.

When I was looking for a clinic, I chose a Ukrainian one. It was 10 months ago. I decided to do it in another country. You see, the price is not the same in Spain and in Ukraine. And in Ukraine it is protected by law. In the clinic we chose, there`s a fixed price. It means that we shouldn`t pay any money to the surrogate mother, for different examinations etc. The clinic also provided us with free housing and food. I couldn`t even imagine, that we got such wonderful service, for such money. But of course, like every country Ukraine has negative sides. Service was not as good as in Spain. But still they try to make it closer to the European standards. Also what irritated me a lot, it`s their roads. Sometimes they are really horrible, even in the capital. Although I think many will agree, that the main thing is the health of the child. Our baby was born healthy and the workers of the clinic helped us to prepare the documents very fast. In few days we did everything and left to Spain.
