As the speed light is constant, time only moves forwards, yeah, inside a black hole time and space trade places and all that jazz, but im more interested in the notion of why photons have no rest mass yet, when moving at the speed of light, can move things, as if they have.

I don’t think “speed of light” is an accurate measurement. Light has numerous variables such as, energy, source, temperature, atmosphere, and so on. So if the speed of light going to be used as a measurement, what are its parameters and deviation tolerances?
