weird to say, and I don't think anyone will see this since this video is so old, but this is the single video, the single reason for the motivation that kickstarted my weightless journey. There was something about 'hold on were going home' by drake playing in the background and watching this man at the top of his game training with all of his success that ignited a fire in me to push myself. 4 years later, and although its weird to say, this video changed my life forever.

This is basically like injury prevention type of workout I feel. Strengthening small muscles and ligaments. With a little sport specific with the shooting and cardio with the jumprope. Very nice

I like this raw video, it's shows dedication but also, he is not overly excited going through all that training. I mean it's not like those Instagram posts where muscle guys acts like they are having the best time ever going through pain. It's nice to see that Bron is working, just like us working, it's a job, and committed to it. Love it 💪🏿

Honestly, he is the best athlete I’ve seen. Haven’t seen an athlete before at 6’8 260 lbs, combine that a 44 inch vertical, 4.4 40 yard dash, extreme strength and high stamina levels.

This is the way you cover all the basic of basketball. I love the way he sharpens how he actually plays in a game, rookies take notes. I always wanted to be in the NBA, but watching Lebron James makes me feel like I made it already.
