Double Olympic medalist Manu Bhaker received a warm welcome at her maternal grandparent's residence in Khanpur Khurd. After her historic win at the Paris Olympics, where she became the first Indian in the post-independence era to win two medals in a single edition of the Olympics, Manu was greeted with flowers, garlands, and cheers from her family and fans. Her parents and over 100 people gathered at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi to celebrate her achievement.
