I like how in FGO the grail doesm't that much important anymore. Sure they're still integral to the story, elements, and lore what-not. But the grail itself isn't seem to be that legendary anymore. Maybe it is due to the singularities that Solomon's Demon Gods had caused, implanting a grail into each singularity. And although they're still prized and sought after. It just doesn't feel that same stature of legends and magnifficence it once held.

Like during the Camelot singularity, Ozymandias has the grail, and when Ritsuka and his party reaches his temple to retrieve it, they discover that it isn't stopping the singularity itself, so the grail just gets dismissed as just a bait-side quest in order to give the spotlight to the Lion King.

Or how in Babylonia in where Gilgamesh just casually has the grail in his vault, and uses it like an everyday wine cup

I always thought that Ritsuka just transfers the mana that the Grail has to that one servant to get stronger, so it disappears upon use.
