Loki can qualify for maternity leave, celebrate mother's and father's day, and has some of the best children in Norse mythology I know of

People: Greek Mythology is weird
Norse mythology: Hold my mead

I feel like the soul reason Sleipnir is just described as "the best of all horses" is because Odin wanted him to feel special

Ah yes it’s Norse mythology day! I’m so excited for you to expand the mythology universe and talk about Egyptian mythology!

I wonder what madman one day just thought “Y’know what our mythos needs? A shapeshifting god getting it from behind by a horse.” And everyone was just like “Yeah, that’s a good idea!”

This man will never go out of business because there's just too much myths to be explained. Keep up the good work Mr. Solo🍃

One of the cutest Mother's Day cards I ever saw had Loki and Sleipnir on it. Just sayin'...

If it's a child of Loki, you can rest assured that one fact will be true... it's gonna get weird.

Its Loki, he could have just turned into a bird or something to escape. No, I think horse sex was his endgame all along. He just came up with that 'what else could I have done' story after they started giving him crap about his kinks

Honestly out of all the god and goddess out there in the thousands upon thousands of myths Loki is certainly one of my favorites

I don't think Loki could possibly feel more alone in his mind with the stuff he's been through.

In my head I always imagined loki coming back with the baby and everyone asking "where have you been my man it's been months?!" And he just points to his son pissed off saying *"THAT I MADE THAT!!!"*

Finally You talk about Sleipnir whom I think his origins are probably one of THE most disturbing

So what we can learn from this myth is that Loki was a freak, he was pro-life when it at least comes to his kids and instead of turning ANYTHING ELSE into a beautiful mare for Goldfax to chase after he put it upon himself to do the work, looping back around to that he was indeed, a freak.

Also! We know that Loki instead of turning himself into a mare without the ability to give birth elected to turn himself into a mare that CAN give birth. Professionalism. He does not like to half ass a transformation.

Loki's whole vibe is that of a kid nobody cared to help have manners and then get yelled at for not having manners. Just like his other son, that poor wolf could have been a powerful ally but nope, let's chain and alienate it until it's big enough to swallow the earth. I love Loki's lack of gender affirmation, though i do agree that in this case it might have been an oversight that the stallion wouldn't stop chasing him
