More respect on Zarbon! His transformation adds to his character (exchanging beauty for power, which he finds abhorrent), it gets a solid W against Vegeta back when that was a big deal, and it introduces the concept that the villains will have transformations, specifically foreshadowing Frieza.

Dude I agree with Bio Broly being in F Tier but Super Android 13 (the blue form) is sick! I mean yeah character wise he’s lacking but the blue with the red hair is one of the coolest transformations in the DBZ movies. Also Evil/Skinny Buu is one of my favorite Buu forms & Friezas 3rd Form is his best imo.
