New to this channel.
I bought the same exact PS4 Slim with 1TB HDD for £190 second hand from CEX (I live in England) . Never had a PS system before and I don't see reason to update my current system or save for a new system with the current prices.
Yes, unfortunately you can't buy a brand new PS4 but the one I bought comes with two years of warranty.
I decided to buy a external hard drive, so two terabytes seagate comes handy.

I've had my PS4 Pro since 2018. I've accumulated such a big library of games and I have less and less time for big game sessions as the years go by. I will probably never get rid of my PS4 and will look into a PS5 if my console gets damaged beyond repair.

As a PS4 Pro and PS5 owner i'd say it's definetly worth it. It seems that most multiplatform games will keep coming on the PS4 for at least 2 more years due to the shortage of PS5, and the PS4 version games are also cheaper than the PS5 ones.No real PS5 exclusives that make the PS5 a must have are out right now

Yes but it would have been better for Sony to have made the Pro model the standard going forward for the PS4 rather than the Slim.

Even tho I got a ps5 I remember my cousin said that he would like anything or any console so he did not know that I was giving him a ps4 so, I gave him a surprise and it was a ps4 I did not see his reaction to getting the ps4 so I think I was sleeping or something but the next day I was so happy that he got it because he was in a another country so my family and I was going to give it to the driver so when he got it I saw him online and that I was so happy I was jumping up and down so he got it but one problem so technically the electricity keeps shutting off even tho the bills was paid it kept shutting off so he was installing fortnite so me and him could play but when the electricity shuts off it kept restarting the download all over again so he went to YouTube and found a way to install games faster and quicker

This is exactly what I bought when I couldn't find an affordable PS5 any where and I love my PS4 slim. It run for hours without any issues. I can play all the games I want. It runs better than my Xbox. Love it.
