It was great to get Charles in Season 3 and for David to finally meet his dad. Would it have been cool if it was McAvoy or Stewart, especially since Stewart wanted to do it? Sure, but at the same time, Harry Lloyd made the role his own and added his own imprint to playing Charles.

0:24, As usual, the use of color in this series was always fun to see, David and Past Farouk primarily being dressed in black and battling in a black void, Charles wearing white and bringing David to a white void, and Present Farouk where black and white with a green tie, contrasting his usual red and yellow, the anger and fear he used to represent.

Present Farouk has the largest perspective out of all the characters, no longer being a villain but not quite a hero, just a person whose seen the error of his ways wanting to share his wisdom with a version of him yet to experience the consequences of them.
