Mayor Deegan says Jacksonville was left relatively unscathed by Hurricane Milton

During a Thursday afternoon press conference, Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan said she was “beyond grateful that we continue to be so blessed in this city,” after Hurricane Milton left the area relatively unscathed.

Honestly, yesterday morning I did the same thing and let those tears of relief just flow.
There's a really Good reason Jacksonville is called Bold.
And I appreciate all the caregivers that do their work with a loving conscience.
